Who Is Eric Ravenscroft?
Owner and Team Lead
Eric is the Owner and Team Lead of The Ravenscroft Group at REAL. His team works with buyers, sellers and investors across the Greater Phoenix area.
He brings two careers to the table. First came finance. Then came real estate. He has 12+ years in real estate.
I didn't leave finance to become a real estate agent. I brought finance with me.

How It Started
Eric got into finance in 2008. That was the same year the economy crashed.
He says, "What most people would call bad timing, I now consider the best education I ever received."
He worked with clients whose homes and retirement savings were falling apart. He learned that clients with a full plan did much better than clients who made choices one at a time.
His Finance Career
Eric spent about 10 years in finance, from 2008 to 2018. He moved up step by step. In the end, he was a Director of Wealth Management.
He helped clients with investing, taxes, retirement and estate planning.
He also saw a problem. His clients were buying and selling homes with agents who knew nothing about money planning. Each home deal was treated on its own, not as part of a bigger plan.
His Path to REAL
In 2018, Eric went full-time in real estate. He founded The Ravenscroft Group.
His goal was to treat every home deal as the money move it really is. Today he is the owner and team lead of The Ravenscroft Group at REAL.
