In this article I am going to give you a complete step-by-step guide to joining REAL Broker, onboarding into the company and getting started as an agent here.

Step One: Apply To Join REAL Broker

The first step is to apply to join REAL Broker, you can do that by clicking this link here https://www.onereal.com/malcolm-lawson/refer

Then, click on “I’m Ready To Join” and you’ll be taken to a contact form and a brief video from our CEO Tamir Poleg. Fill out the contact form and you will be taken to the Independent Contractor Agreement.

When filling out and signing the ICA, this is where you will write in who you would like your sponsor. You will then be prompted to pay your $249 sign up fee.

Step Two: Transfer Your License

After you sign your ICA, REAL will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to transfers your real estate license with your state. This process is different for every state. In some states your broker will need to do it for you, other states you just update a website with your new broker’s information. The amount of time your state needs to transfer your license also varies as well. Some states can update your license instantly while others may take a few days.

Step Three: Welcome Email

After your license transfers over, REAL Broker is pretty quick about creating your account and sending you welcome emails. You can usually expect your accounts to be created within one business day of your license transfer.

The welcome emails include a video from our CEO Tamir and clearly explain the next steps you should take to get set up with REAL.

The first step is to either attend a live onboarding class or watch a replay of our onboarding class. This class will familiarise you with our different programs and tools, where to find resources and how to get support if you have questions.

The next step will be to watch our training videos on how to write and submit contracts within REAL Broker.

You will then be asked to download the reZEN agent app which will give you access to all of your business data and transactions, training and support.

The final step is to set up your workplace account which how you can access the REAL Broker community and live streams.

At the bottom of the welcome email will be the phone number and email address of support in case you need help at any step during the onboarding process. Also, feel free to reach out to your sponsor at any time for additional support.

Step Four: Onboarding Checklist

The next step is to complete your onboarding checklist. This will appear in both your reZEN dashboard and on your reZEN app on your phone.

The checklist includes links to resoruces and training within REAL and reminders to update things like your local MLS or your association.

STEP 5: REAL Academy

The next step would be to start diving into our amazing training in REAL Academy and our community within Workplace. REAL Academy has over 200+ online classes, two dozen recurring masterminds, 30+ live training sessions a week which are open to everyone as soon as you sign up!

Topics range from lead generation, video & social media or building and growing teams and much more.
