Because revenue share is paid out of the company cap paid to REAL, if an agent is on a half cap ($6,000 cap), the maximum rev share you can earn from them is cut in half to $2,000/year. If they are on a mega team ($4,000 cap), the maximum is $1,333/year.

Q: What are the qualification requirements to receive Revenue Share?

You must remain a Producing Agent with REAL, which requires earning at least a $3,000 gross commission in the previous 6 months. This can come from personal sales, rentals, referrals, or team splits.

Q: Are there any administrative or processing fees associated?

Yes. There is a $175 annual fee deducted from your first revenue share payment of the year, plus a 1.2% processing fee on rev share payouts.

Q: What happens if my sponsor leaves the company?

If your full sponsor leaves REAL, you will receive a prompt in reZEN allowing you to select a new co-sponsor within 30 days.

What Is REAL Revenue Share?

REAL Co-Sponsorship Model

When an agent joins REAL, they can list two agents as co-sponsors. Revenue share from that joining agent is automatically split 50/50 between both sponsors.

Additionally, the joining agent counts as 0.5 of a producing agent toward each sponsor's tier-unlock criteria. This fosters true collaboration across teams and markets.
