Real also offered founder pricing at RISE: $9.99 a month, locked in for 12 months, for agents who signed up between October 20 and October 23, 2026 (closing at 11:59 PM EST on October 23). After that, the standard $19.99 price applies.
A Real spokesperson told Inman the token model is partly about keeping AI costs in check for heavy “power users.”
What needs a paid plan
Your free starter tokens let you try the AI agents. But building your own agents with AI Builder, getting a Leo Line number, fresh monthly tokens, and buying token packs all need an active Leo Pro plan.
