Before joining REAL’s executive team, Cassity spent 13 years as a top-producing real estate agent and team leader in San Diego, where he built and led a high-performing real estate team.
His production background gives him direct insight into the challenges agents face when growing their businesses — a perspective that company leadership believes will help shape REAL’s future growth strategy.
Cassity also played a key role inside the company as a Growth Ambassador, working closely with agents and leadership to help attract talent and strengthen community engagement across the brokerage.
