What Is Agent BreakThru?
REAL is launching an 8-week virtual training series called Agent BreakThru. The program is completely free, open to agents from any brokerage, and designed to help real estate professionals sharpen their skills in a shifting market. Sessions are led by well-known coach Jason Pantana, with additional workshops hosted by Drew Thompson and Dusty Oglesby.
Schedule & Format
The series runs from September 30 through November 18. Sessions take place every Tuesday at 3:00 PM Eastern / 12:00 PM Pacific. Pantana leads bi-weekly strategy sessions, while the alternate weeks focus on tactical workshops with Thompson and Oglesby.
During the week of the RISE conference, the schedule shifts slightly. In addition to the regular Tuesday session on October 28, an extra session will be held Thursday, October 30. Replays will be available for agents inside REAL Academy.
